Introduction

Requirements for methane generator sets

In 1m range of air inlet pressure-regulating valve, methane temperature must be within 40℃;pressure within 3～10kpa,rates of pressure change ≤1kpa/min;methane in marsh gas at least 40%,rates of change≤2%/min;H2S≤200mg/Nm3，NH3≤20mg/Nm3; Impurity size≤5um,impurity portions≤30 mg/Nm3;moisture in methane less ≤40g/Nm3。Customers shall provide air contents for optimized and applicable products(special configuration is required for methane portions of 30～40%,which is necessary to be pointed out in order)
