LR Emulsifying Mixer (Homogenizer) This type of mixer is our product newly developed by technology from Germany. Its mixing –head, based on precise data theory, special design and unique processing, is featured with high shear, small crushed pellets and thus good quality.
Features:The cutting wheel on main shaft drove by running motor imposes the material a high centrifugal speed. Subject to the high shear, dispersing and mixing process caused by the interaction between the running cut wheel and the fixed cut sheath, the materials were cut off in the cut slot and broken into small parts (200nm-2um) can be accomplished within a short time.
